Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions for Kalahari Khabu
These Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the affiliate program (“Program”) offered by Kalahari Khabu. By joining the Program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Affiliate Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program. Kalahari Khabu reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion. We may deny applications if the applicant’s website or content is deemed inappropriate or offensive.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you will promote Kalahari Khabu products through approved marketing channels such as social media, websites, blogs, and emails. You agree to use only the marketing materials and content provided or approved by Kalahari Khabu.
You are responsible for ensuring that all affiliate links are appropriately displayed, functional, and trackable.
3. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
- Promote Kalahari Khabu products through illegal or unethical means, including but not limited to, spam emails, misleading advertising, or unauthorized discount codes.
- Use any content that is inappropriate, defamatory, violent, or discriminatory when promoting Kalahari Khabu.
- Bid on Kalahari Khabu brand-related keywords in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns without prior approval.
- Misrepresent themselves as Kalahari Khabu or create websites that impersonate Kalahari Khabu’s official site.
4. Commission and Payments
- Affiliates will earn a commission for each successful sale generated through their unique affiliate links.
- The commission structure will be clearly communicated upon acceptance into the Program and may vary depending on product categories or promotions.
- Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, provided that the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold of $300.
- Commissions are based on net sales, meaning the total after discounts, refunds, and applicable taxes have been deducted.
- Kalahari Khabu reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
5. Termination
Kalahari Khabu reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violating these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all promotional materials related to Kalahari Khabu, and all unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
Affiliates may also voluntarily terminate their participation in the Program by providing written notice to Kalahari Khabu.
6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Kalahari Khabu’s trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Kalahari Khabu products under the Program. All such intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Kalahari Khabu.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Kalahari Khabu values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with privacy laws. As part of the Program, you may collect personal data from customers. You agree to handle this data responsibly and comply with all relevant data protection regulations, including but not limited to, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Limitation of Liability
Kalahari Khabu is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from your participation in the Program. Our liability is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the last 6 months.
9. Modifications to the Program
Kalahari Khabu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice where possible. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any updates.
10. Governing Law
These Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from your participation in the Program will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
